Term of service
Regular Commission
• Payment is through Buy Me a Coffee(BMC).
• Payment is upfront, additional charges may be asked for revisions although minor revisions are alright. However, I will try my best to clarify the details with you as much as possible for your satisfaction.
• You are allowed do whatever you want with the work as long as you aren't commercializing off of it. Print it, repost it, I give you full right to do so.
• You can opt to ask if you want your work posted or not, and I am also allowed to turn down a post request if I am not comfortable.
• Estimated Time of Delivery is within two weeks, although it might be extended depending on personal circumstances.
• I am allowed to turn down commission request if I am not comfortable or if the project is beyond my skill.
•I do not accept any NFT-related works. Also, not allowing the sale of any kind of AI generator or image in NFT.

• งานคอมมิชชั่นถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้วาดและผู้ว่าจ้างเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้คัดลอก ดัดแปลง แอบอ้าง หรือลงใหม่อย่างเด็ดขาด
• หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ประสงค์ให้โพสงานลงโซเชียล สามารถติดต่อผู้วาดได้ค่ะ
• การให้เครดิตผู้วาดใช้ชื่อ @Keiz4ac ได้เลยค่ะ
• ผลงานทุกชิ้นไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปเป็นฐานข้อมูลของAIทุกรูปแบบค่ะ
รายละเอียดการว่าจ้าง
• ราคาที่ได้แจ้งไว้เป็นราคา Personal Use Only
• หากต้องการนำไปใช้เชิง Commercial Use จะบวกราคาเพิ่ม 1.5 เท่าจากราคาปกติ
• หากพบการนำงานPersonal Useไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ รวมถึงการนำไปเป็นฐานข้อมูลAI จะขอทำการปรับเงิน 4 เท่า และแบล๊คลิสต์ทันที
• การติดต่อสอบถามรายละเอียด/ส่งบรีฟ ได้ผ่าน Twitter ( @keiz4ac ) หรือ ผ่านทางอีเมล [email protected]
• เมื่อทำการส่งบรีฟกับประเมินราคาแล้ว หากผู้วาดตกลงรับงาน กรุณาชำระเงินมัดจำ50%จากราคาเต็ม ภายใน 3 วัน
• ผู้วาดจะเริ่มร่างรูปหลังจากโอนเงินมัดจำ ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอแก้ฟรีได้ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง
• หากมีการขอแก้มากกว่า 3 ครั้ง จะทำการคิดเงินเพิ่มครั้งละ 100 ฿
• หากผู้ว่าจ้างมีการยกเลิกงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนมัดจำทุกกรณี ยกเว้นฝ่ายผู้วาดขอยกเลิกสัญญาเองจะทำการคืนเงินมัดจำเต็มจำนวนค่ะ
• ในระหว่างทำงานทางผู้วาดมีการส่งความคืบหน้าเป็นระยะๆ
• เมื่อตรวจเช็คงานสำเร็จเรียบร้อย ให้ทำการชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือ และทางผู้วาดจะส่งภาพตัวเต็มให้ เป็นอันเสร็จสมบูรณ์ค่ะ
